Refund Policy
We offer refunds for the following reasons:
- You experience technical difficulties that cannot be resolved by our support team.
- You made a duplicate purchase by accident.
We DO NOT offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to read the product description or system requirements before purchase.
- User error or inability to setup the service on your own device.
- Exceeding the maximum number of simultaneous streams allowed.
- You did not contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.
Important Note on Trials: There is an exception to our refund policy regarding Trial Accounts (e.g., 24-hour or 1-month trials). These are non-refundable as they are intended for testing purposes.
How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
Return Policy
As this is a digital service, we do not accept “returns” in the traditional sense once a subscription has been activated. However, if you experience technical difficulties or other issues with the service, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
